World Poetry boasts a strong Canadian component; in the Lower Mainland alone, we are connected with over 400 poets, musicians, and writers from 64 countries of origin.
We host the popular monthly World Poetry Reading Series at the Vancouver Public Library, where we present events featuring multicultural and multilingual poets, writers, and musicians for your enjoyment, enlightenment, and edification.

ARIADNE SAWYER Ariadne Sawyer is a co-founder of World Poetry and a Creativity Consultant with Performance Plus Coaching. She has worked with clients and trainees from Europe, Canada, and the United States.
Ariadne can be heard on the radio short, Creativity Rocks! on Vancouver Co-op Radio (CFRO 102.7 FM), during the World Poetry Café Radio Show, every Tuesday night from 9-10 PM.

ALEJANDRO MUJICA-OLEA Alejandro Mujica-Olea is a co-founder of World Poetry, the World Poetry Reading Series, and the World Poetry Café Radio Show, which airs every Tuesday night from 9-10 PM on Vancouver Co-op Radio (CFRO 102.7 FM).
Alejandro is also co-founder with other writers of Project Cultural South, is the the author of six books, and has won the Poet of the Year award and the Gonzalo Canton Santelices silver medal.
